Social media coaching by Tilly Whitfeld

Stop doomscrolling.
Start growing.

Growing your business on social media shouldn't feel like a second full-time job. But if you're reading this, it probably already does.

Sound familiar?

  • You've spent hours researching social media.
  • You've saved hundreds of Reels.
  • You've watched the "how to grow on social media" videos.

And somehow... you're still sitting there wondering what to post.

Social media changes so quickly that by the time you've figured one thing out, the algorithm has already moved on. Most small businesses can't afford a marketing team, and trying to keep up with trends, analytics, strategy and content on your own is exhausting.

Your content team

That's where Doomscrollers comes in.

Think of it as your affordable social media team: I spend my days researching trends, analysing what works and watching the ever-changing world of social media, so you don't have to. You do the posting. I do the doomscrolling.

How it works

What working together actually looks like.

Every round starts with your account, not a template. I read what you posted and how it landed, then hand you the next plan to post. Five minutes from you, the rest from me.

  1. Each round

    You check in.

Send me your numbers and what happened: what shipped, what flopped, what got in the way. Five honest minutes, no polishing required.

  2. Back to you

    I send your plan.

A fresh schedule, the audios and reels worth your time this round and my written read on how the last one went. Club Plus gets a to-do list on top.

  3. Between roundsClub Plus

    You're not on your own.

Ongoing chat support comes with Club Plus. If something comes up between rounds, you can message me directly.

  4. MonthlyClub Plus

    We get on Zoom.

One proper call a month to go deep: strategy, sticking points and the stuff that's easier said than typed.

  • Post

Two reels and a carousel, mapped to what your audience already watches.

  • When

Posting windows that fit your audience's rhythm, not a blanket 6pm rule.

  • Hook

An opener for each post, written for your niche and ready to record.

  • The one trend worth your time

The single trend I'd back for your account this round, and how to make it yours.

  • Skip this

The trends not worth your hours. I watched them so you don't have to.

Your coach

Hi, I'm Tilly.

400,000+ community5 years full-time on socialAustralia's biggest brands

You might know me from Big Brother, but that isn't why I'm here.

For the last five years, social media has been my full-time job. I've built a community of more than 400,000 people across TikTok and Instagram, worked with some of Australia's biggest brands and spent thousands of hours learning what actually makes people stop scrolling.

The truth is, I don't think most people need another course or another creator telling them to "just be consistent." They need honest feedback, a clear strategy and someone who's genuinely invested in helping them grow.

That's why I created Doomscrollers. It's the kind of support I wish every small business owner had: a team in your corner, without the price tag of hiring one.

Who it's for

For anyone tired of guessing.

  • The business owner who's tired of guessing what to post.
  • The creator who's sick of spending more time researching content than actually creating it.
  • The person who knows their business deserves more attention online, but doesn't have the budget for an agency or a full-time social media manager.

If you've ever wished someone could simply tell you what to post, what's working and what to stop wasting your time on: you're in the right place.

Before you sign up

The questions I get asked most.

An agency takes your login and posts for you. You pay a lot, you learn nothing, and the day you leave, your feed leaves with them.

I hand you the plan and the reasons behind it. You post it, I review how it went, and you come out able to run your own feed. Your account and your voice stay yours. It costs less, too.

The first intake locks the lower weekly price: $80 a week for the Scroller Social Club, $140 a week for Club Plus. After the founding intake closes, new members join at the standard rate of $99 and $175.

Your founding rate holds for as long as you stay. It's a thank-you for backing this early, not a trial price.

12-week minimum term, then 2 weeks notice to cancel. No pauses and no refunds. All prices are in Australian dollars.

It's deliberately upfront: twelve weeks is the sweet spot for implementing a strategy, building momentum and seeing tangible results.

Weekly, through Stripe, the same secure checkout half the internet runs on. Your card is billed automatically each week and you can manage or cancel your details yourself. No invoices to chase.

The Scroller Social Club runs fortnightly: your schedule, a story frame for every day, your own signature series, the trending audios and reels worth your time, and your numbers read back to you with a Keep / Stop / Start. No calls.

Scroller Social Club Plus runs weekly and adds the initial social media audit with bio suggestions, weekly to-do lists, a monthly Zoom session and ongoing chat support with me.

No. You share your insights as screenshots (you'll get a list of exactly which screens) or by adding me as an admin, whichever suits. Your account stays yours.

You'll want your accounts switched to a Business or Creator profile so insights exist. Not sure how? I'll walk you through it.
